INTRODUCTION

The site is located in Nişantepe which is one of the 17 neighbourhoods in Çekmeköy district on the Anatolian Side of İstanbul. Nişantepe is a place for new residential area for new comers. However, it has been already a place for the Romans and using illegally because their homes are actually a slum. Today, Roman people are got stuck between the new residential areas and education places such as Nef and Özyeğin Univeristy. The local people are left alone and they are struggling with life. The low income they have, pushesthem to make wrong decisionsabout their life. Most of them have 4-5 children and they make them work and they get money via their children. They marriage early, live in dirty places, do not eat properly, have vices, do not go to school and cannot get enough education... Most of the cildren even cannot afford to buy breakfast and their parents cannot work wherever they want because their criminal record is not clean. Moreover, the kids are affected badly from their older brother or sisters because of their bad habits such as drugs. However, there are still a chance to improve this situation.
Maybe not for olders but for the new generations...
